Use at Own Risk. Buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees that Buyer assumes sole responsibility for any risks of loss, property damages, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained as a result of Buyer's installation of the Company's Products. Buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to assume all these risks as Seller cannot be responsible for Buyer's actions when installing the Company's Products on the Buyer's Property. The Company does not make or give, and specifically disclaims any representation or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, as to the usefulness, reliability, and/or suitability of the Products, and expressly disclaims the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer further acknowledges, understands, and agrees that Buyer assumes sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws regarding installation of the Company's Products on Buyer's Property, including, but not limited to, complying with any and all local building codes and laws, and obtaining the appropriate electrical permits if required."
