Buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees that Buyer assumes sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws regarding installation of the Company's Products on Buyer's Property, including, but not limited to, complying with any and all local building codes and laws, and obtaining the appropriate electrical permits if required."
