Step 1 — Add your house

Start with a clear daytime photo.

A straight-on, landscape photo gives you the most convincing preview and makes roofline tracing much easier.

Create your lighting preview.

Mark your house

Upload a clear photo, then tap or click along a roofline. Add a point at each corner or change in direction. Choose Finish run when that section is complete and New run for another disconnected section.

Adjust the preview

Use Undo, Redo, Delete point, and Fit photo while tracing. Then adjust the day-to-night level, virtual-light brightness, and spacing until the preview looks natural.

Use the simulated app

The power button turns the preview lights on or off. Use the bottom tabs to choose colours, browse effects, search or generate a look, and try presets from the ShowHome library. Effect controls and palettes appear when the selected effect supports them.

Save and continue

Your work saves only in this browser. Use Save design for confirmation, then choose Get a quote when you are ready to discuss your installation. The preview is not attached to the quote form automatically.
